Outbound Call Center Representative

The outbound call center rep. sources subcontractors, vendor and suppliers for building maintenance service calls and enters in documentation received. The ideal candidate should be professional and have the ability to manage multiple calls and emails.

Project Location(s): Boynton Beach, FL
Compensation: $16.00 / Hour
Responsibilities
- Inbound / outbound phone calls / e-mails to and from vendors
- Schedule customer service requests with vendors
- Reschedule incomplete repairs.
- Schedule appointments / service requests with customer.
- Data entry of various documentation
Skills/Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines and goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to details
- Self-motivated and comfortable working alone and as a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office
