Construction / Building Maintenance Project Coordinator
(entry to mid Level)

Department: Facilities Maintenance
Project Location(s): Boynton Beach, FL
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside our Project Managers to execute remodels and rollouts in retail stores across the country
  • Assist with multiple projects simultaneously from planning and execution to project closure (no travel required)
  • Provide high-level project/administrative support to the project management team
  • Scheduling, budget tracking, invoicing preparation, and vendor management
  • Communicate heavily with clients regarding the status of each project and any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate project documents which includes project tasks, resources, and budget reports
  • Schedule field service technicians
  • Plan, schedule and maintain tight project deadline
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Maintain required project documentation

Skills/Experience

  • 3 years of construction project coordinating, or administrative/account management experience
  • Superior critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Must be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
