Construction / Building Maintenance Project Coordinator
(entry to mid Level)

Department: Facilities Maintenance
Project Location(s): Boynton Beach, FL
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00
Responsibilities
- Work alongside our Project Managers to execute remodels and rollouts in retail stores across the country
- Assist with multiple projects simultaneously from planning and execution to project closure (no travel required)
- Provide high-level project/administrative support to the project management team
- Scheduling, budget tracking, invoicing preparation, and vendor management
- Communicate heavily with clients regarding the status of each project and any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documents which includes project tasks, resources, and budget reports
- Schedule field service technicians
- Plan, schedule and maintain tight project deadline
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
Skills/Experience
- 3 years of construction project coordinating, or administrative/account management experience
- Superior critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Must be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
